Tranquil Escape Villa opened in November 2024. It is a private villa in Hikkaduwa with eight bedrooms and a pool, built to keep the noise of the outside world out.

What makes it quiet
- A quiet green laneThe house sits among tall trees on a quiet lane, 7 minutes from town by car or tuk-tuk.
- Nobody elseTake the whole villa and no other guests stay. Our team sleeps on-site, in their own rooms.
- A soundproof restaurantGlass-walled, air-conditioned and soundproofed, so a celebration can carry on there after 10 PM.
- A pool of its own30 × 18 ft and 5 ft deep throughout, with loungers under green umbrellas.
- A lit gardenA frangipani tree and a garden path down to the pool, lit after dark.
- Eight bedroomsEach with its own bathroom and air-conditioning, on three floors reached by stairs.

- The villa’s owner decided how it should feel.
- Ihlas handles guest bookings. Write to us on WhatsApp and Ihlas answers, usually within 5 minutes, between 10 AM and 10 PM Sri Lanka time.
- Our team stays on-site overnight, in their own rooms.
