Sleeping 19

Adults are guests aged 10 and over. Children under 10 share with their parents: one in a Double, up to two in a Triple. No cots. Every bedroom has its own bathroom; the finishes differ from room to room.

Pay the 25% deposit
Pay a 25% deposit (of your booking total: the villa plus any paid airport pick-up) through a secure card payment link. Free cancellation until 30 days before arrival (60 days for stays touching 20 Dec to 4 Jan). Your deposit is refunded in full. After that, the most you can lose is your deposit. The balance is never owed if you cancel. You can also change your dates once, free, up to 7 days before arrival, subject to availability. The rate for the new dates applies. Changing your dates never moves or extends your free-cancellation date: it stays the date it was for your original dates. Your bank may ask for a one-time code. We never ask for card numbers by message, email or phone.

Our driver meets you at the airport, or yours brings you to the gate. The balance is paid on arrival., by card payment link in your currency, or in US dollars cash for a booking in US dollars.

Getting here

Colombo airport is about 2 hours 10 minutes away by road; allow up to 2.5 hours. We send a private van and driver, with tolls and parking paid.

Is the villa on the beach?

No. It sits on a quiet green lane, about 8 minutes by car or scooter from Hikkaduwa beach.

Can we stay one night?

The whole villa is 2 nights or more, 3 if you stay on a Saturday night and 5 over Christmas and New Year. For a single night, book a room or two.

Is the pool safe for young children?

It is 5 ft deep throughout, with no shallow end, so young children need an adult with them in the water. We don’t have cots.

Do you have rates for Sri Lankan residents?

Yes. Sri Lankan residents can book a room-only stay in rupees on WhatsApp. This page shows our international stay, with breakfast, tea at four and a concierge.
