Deposit
25% of your booking total secures your dates. Free cancellation until 30 days before arrival (60 days for stays touching 20 Dec to 4 Jan). Your deposit is refunded in full. After that, the most you can lose is your deposit. The balance is never owed if you cancel. You can also change your dates once, free, up to 7 days before arrival, subject to availability. The rate for the new dates applies. Changing your dates never moves or extends your free-cancellation date: it stays the date it was for your original dates. The balance is paid on arrival.

Your deposit and balance

  • The deposit is 25% of your booking total (the villa plus any paid airport pick-up), rounded half up to a whole pounddollareuro. It secures your dates. Free cancellation until 30 days before arrival (60 days for stays touching 20 Dec to 4 Jan). Your deposit is refunded in full. After that, the most you can lose is your deposit. The balance is never owed if you cancel. You can also change your dates once, free, up to 7 days before arrival, subject to availability. The rate for the new dates applies. Changing your dates never moves or extends your free-cancellation date: it stays the date it was for your original dates. For example, a total of £2,126.25$2,700€2,497.50 gives a deposit of £532$675€624.
  • With your OK, we send a secure card payment link on WhatsApp. It holds your dates for 48 hours. Your bank may ask for a one-time code.
  • The balance for the whole stay is paid on arrival, by card payment link in the currency you booked in. A booking in US dollars can also be paid in US dollars cash.
  • We never ask for card numbers by message, email or phone.

Currencies

Pound and euro prices are set from our US dollar prices at a reference exchange rate, then rounded up to a round number. They are fixed: the price you see is the price you pay, in the currency you chose. Prices in pounds and euros were last set on 12 October 2026.

Sri Lankan residents pay in rupees, as the Central Bank of Sri Lanka requires. Message us on WhatsApp for the resident rate.
